"Anti Anxiety" is a collection of songs inspired by the last year or so, which has been in many ways the best year of my life but also one of the most stressful. Making songs and performing on stage are really the only things that keep me sane and calm in this hectic, unpredictable world - as cliche as it might sound, music truly is my anti-anxiety drug.
